Shipping policy

XI Parfums currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within three (3) business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing time does not include the time your package spends in transit.

U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 or more at checkout receive free shipping. For other orders, the available shipping options and final cost are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; any estimated delivery date is not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. If you have a question about your shipment, contact us at sales@xiparfums.com and include your order number.
